3DLOOK has launched the first version of a new admin panel for FitXpress, its mobile 3D body scanning solution. The panel gives clients a centralized way to view, manage, and export scan data generated under their API keys — helping teams gain greater visibility and operational control across healthcare, GLP-1, wellness, and third-party validation workflows.
Why the FitXpress Admin Panel Matters
FitXpress is increasingly being used in workflows where clients need more than API outputs. Healthcare providers, GLP-1 patient onboarding programs, telehealth platforms, and validation teams rely on body composition data as part of real operational processes — not as an isolated technical integration. These teams require a solution that enables them to monitor scan activity, check result statuses, export structured data, and manage records without relying on manual support requests.
The new admin panel directly addresses these needs. By bringing scan activity and subscription information into a single interface, FitXpress becomes easier to scale across regulated and data-driven use cases. It also marks the first step toward a more self-serve client experience.
A Centralized Workspace for FitXpress Scan Activity
The admin panel aggregates scans made with a client’s available API key. This enables teams to monitor scan activity from a single interface.
The panel is organized into two main sections:
- Statistics — for viewing, filtering, sorting, and exporting scan records.
- API Settings — for accessing API key and subscription details, including scan allowance, billing history, and the next charging date.
Statistics: View, Filter, and Manage Scan Records
The Statistics section is the operational core of the admin panel. It contains one subcategory: Scanned Customers.
In Scanned Customers, scans are divided into separate tabs by API key type — Primary, Sandbox, Skyportal, and Proclinical — so teams can review activity by environment or integration. Each tab includes a structured table with sorting and filtering controls.
- Sort by: date, gender, height, weight, age, or result status
- Filter by: gender, date, or result
- Result statuses: Success, Failed, Pending
Clients can select one or multiple scan records and apply a bulk action: download as CSV. All scans are fully anonymized.

Detailed Scan-Level Insights Generated From Two Photos
When a client opens an individual scan, the admin panel displays structured information generated by 3DLOOK’s proprietary AI and computer vision technology from two guided smartphone photos.
Each scan record includes:
- Person Information — date, gender, weight, height, and age
- Measurement Status — completion status and photo deletion timing, where applicable
- Clothes Detector — results such as baggy or tight clothing, which can affect measurement accuracy
- Estimated Body Data — estimated weight, lean body mass, BMR, fat body mass, and BMI
- Body Data — BMI, lean body mass, fat, BMR, and fat body mass
- Core Measurements — bust, waist, and hips
For teams that need deeper data, a More Body Measurements option expands the record to display over 80 additional measurements generated by 3DLOOK’s technology. All metrics are available in both metric and imperial units.
This level of detail is particularly valuable for clients running validation, clinical, or research workflows, where consistent, structured body data is required across patient cohorts or user populations.

API Settings: Keys, Usage, and Subscription Visibility
The API Settings section provides clients with transparency into their FitXpress account configuration. It is organized into two tabs:
API Keys — in the first version, this section displays the client’s main API key for connecting FitXpress to their workflow. As the admin panel evolves, this area will be expanded to support multiple API keys, different integration environments, and webhook configuration.
Subscription Details — visibility into the current scan allowance, billing history, and the next charging date. This makes it easier for technical and operational stakeholders to plan usage and anticipate renewal cycles.
Built for Teams Using FitXpress in Validation and Data-Driven Workflows
The admin panel is especially relevant for organizations that need operational visibility into scan activity, result statuses, structured body data, and data exports across multiple environments. Typical use cases include:
- GLP-1 patient onboarding and validation programs
- Online pharmacies and telehealth providers
- Wellness and longevity platforms
- Digital fitness platforms
- Internal QA and operational teams, overseeing scan workflows
- Product and technical teams managing API-based integrations
For these teams, the admin panel reduces dependence on manual coordination with the 3DLOOK team and shortens the loop between scan activity and actionable data.
Availability
The first version of the FitXpress admin panel is currently available to selected FitXpress clients. At this stage, there is no public sign-up. Client credentials are provided directly by the 3DLOOK team. Existing FitXpress clients interested in access can reach out to their 3DLOOK contact.
A First Step Toward a More Self-Serve FitXpress Experience
This release marks the first iteration of the FitXpress admin panel. Future versions will continue to expand client capabilities around scan management, API access, subscription visibility, reporting, and operational independence.
The long-term goal is to give clients greater independence in managing their FitXpress usage, scan data, API access, and subscription information — all from a single centralized interface. This launch is an early but important step in that direction, and a foundation for a more transparent and scalable client experience across healthcare, GLP-1, wellness, and validation use cases.
“FitXpress is increasingly being used in workflows where clients need more than API outputs. They need visibility, control, and a simple way to manage scan data across real operational processes. The new admin panel is an important step toward making FitXpress easier to scale across healthcare, wellness, and validation use cases.”
