In this role, you will collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to generate high-quality leads, craft tailored outreach campaigns, and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities. Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and CRM databases.
- Develop and execute tailored outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Gather and verify accurate contact details for decision-makers, ensuring data quality.
- Maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) with detailed lead information and status.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze outreach performance metrics, optimizing campaigns to improve conversion rates.
- Provide insights on customer pain points and market trends to refine messaging and product positioning.
- Create personalized outreach templates and follow-up sequences that align with 3DLOOK’s brand tone.
- Leverage tools and automation software to streamline lead generation and improve workflow efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role.
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Proven success in identifying and qualifying leads in a B2B SaaS or tech-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools like HubSpot and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Experience crafting and executing email and LinkedIn outreach sequences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the AI, SaaS, or digital health and fitness industries is preferred.
