Digital Marketing Specialist

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment with a main focus on medium and enterprise-level customers.
- Proven track record of executing successful lead-generation campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, buyer personas, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
Skills:
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising strategies tailored to B2B audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns.
- Expertise in running cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including crafting personalized messages, managing sequences, and analyzing response rates.
- Familiarity with content marketing strategies, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
- Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tracking tools.
- Basic understanding of website management and optimization (e.g., WordPress, HTML, or other CMS tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and implement creative, out-of-the-box marketing ideas to differentiate the brand, engage audiences, and drive innovative campaign results.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and lead generation manager to align marketing strategies with sales goals, ensure consistent messaging, and achieve KPIs by effectively increasing the conversion of marketing-qualified leads into opportunities.
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive conversions.
- Plan and implement targeted cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to drive pipeline growth and engage key accounts.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and user experience to drive organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Plan and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling assets aligned with the customer journey.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques.
